HOUSE - CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Cancellations/No shows:
Cancellations of bookings made 7 days or
less prior to due date of arrival will be
subject to a charge of the balance of the
cost of the stay. This will be charged to
the credit card provided when booking and
payment of deposit was initially made.
If all or part
of a stay is cancelled after arrival, the
full cost of the stay, as booked, will
remain payable on departure.
Failure to
notify us of cancellation or 'no shows' will
result in the full amount of the original
booking being charged to the credit card
provided when booking and payment of deposit
was initially made.
We recommend
that travel insurance be obtained to cover
guests in the event of a late cancellation.
Bookings:
To reserve a
room at Bell Craig you will be requested to
provide credit card details - type, number,
expiry date etc.
Deposits:
A non-refundable
deposit equal to the cost of the first
night's accommodation will be charged to the
credit card provided when booking. If you
need to amend your reservation, this deposit
may be transferred to a future booking
provided we are given 7 clear days notice of
the change.
